Darrin yarborough to run for Florence county sherrif

You are not from Florence if you don’t know Major Darrin Yarborough. Being a lifelong resident He was always a face of the communities of florence.

Beginning as a correctional officer at the city complex in downtown Florence (The old jail) he started his career in law enforcement in 1993, thats 25 years Yarborough patrolled, serv

ed and protected the communities of Florence,Weather you’ve been arrested or protected by him you knew you was in good hands,,,well until today 4- 4 -19, thats right major Darrin Yarborough was fired from his current job as major at the Darlington county sheriffs office after he announced his candidacy for Florence county sheriff, Yarborough stated that they sent deputies to his home to tell him that his services were no longer needed In the Darlington county sheriff office,,,pretty sure the communities might feel differently..

Well we all in Florence know Yarborough as a person & before anything and we all can agree Florence county does need a new sheriff,,and what better candidate than Mr Yarborough here,we all need to support him so he can support us in the communities for years to come

“I am running because Florence County needs a sheriff who puts the needs of citizens first and will work to create safer communities and build stronger ties,” Yarborough said in the release. “For the past three decades, I have dedicated my life to law enforcement and building strong bonds with comunitym I’m ready to take that experience to the sheriff’s office and put all residents of Florence County first.” Yarborough tells the press
